Cancellation Policy

All rental silk flowers should be used for intended purpose. - Cannot be used near open flame - Cannot be submerged in water - Cannot be returned with dirt on them The customer will be charged the posted retail price for any items not returned, as well as for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: • More than two flowers missing from a bouquet • Disassembled or rearranged bouquet • Burnt or melted petals or stems • Excessive dirt or sand present on flowers Damage fees will be automatically charged to the credit card on file with the order when the order is re-inventoried. Bloom and Grow Forever is not responsible for any damage to personal property or nearby property directly or indirectly caused by Silk Stem Collective items, including but not limited to dyes bleeding, clothing snags, tablecloth stains, or other personal injury.
