Cancellation Policy

Flower orders: Refundable 100% if cancelled within 48 Hours of purchase/reservation & 3 days or 72 hours prior to pickup/delivery date. EXCEPT WEDDINGS/SPECIAL EVENTS. IE. Order placed on Thurday am-for the Following Saturday Pickup (10 days) You cancel on Fri Pm/Sat am (2 days later). You will be refunded, bc you cancled in 2 days after order & pickup is 7 days away. Cancel in the 72 hours prior: We can provide you with the flowers for a bouquet to enjoy or issue a store credit. (We do not have a retail front to resell flowers) Quality: Once flowers leave our hands we are not responsible for any damages. Flowers are natural and perishable products that we cannot sometimes control. If you have any issues please contact us and we will work together to reslove the issue as best as we can.
