As a small company we are committed to providing our customers with the best service possible. We have tried our best to create the lowest possible shipping rate by analyzing size weight and shipping method. Shipping prices continue to change daily and increase product rates we have tried to created the best possible price estimate we see fix. We have tried to group products into shipping price groups to help create a realistic price as possible. PLEASE DO NOT BE SCARED AWAY IF YOUR SHIPPING COST SHOWS MORE THAN YOU EXPECT.
IF YOUR ACTUAL SHIPPING COST $10 AND YOU PAID $15 WE WILL REIMBURSE YOU THE $5. WE WILL ONLY REIMBURSE ANY INCREMENT OVER $5 OR YOU CAN HAVE A CREDIT TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
RETURN POLICY
Any item purchased in our store has a refund of 10 days. Due to the fact that we are a small online store with custom products so items might not be returnable. All custom arrangements are not returnable under most situations.If we can potentially resell the custom item then yes you can return it for store credit or like product of same price. If you item has a defect or issues please contact us and we will work something out. Our main goal is to make you happy in the end. Custom flower arrangements are not returnable we might be able to exchange them.
